These terms and conditions constitute the refund policy of EQUUM Tourism.

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.


Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

  1. Customers have 3 business days to check their purchases. If a customer is unsatisfied with the purchase, must request a refund within 3 business of the purchase.
  2. EQUUM Tourism will refund all your money without any restrictions as long as the customer exhibits the purchase receipt.
  3. After four business days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in clause 1 & 2 EQUUM Tourism shall not accept any refund request, and no money will be refunded.
  4. If a customer believes there are any special circumstances that are not considered in this refund policy, a personal review can be done upon request by the provided contact information on the website.
  5. If 30 natural days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds process

  1. Once your request for refund is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request & if the refund is approved or rejected.
  2. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If the refund hasn’t been received yet after checking your bank account, then contact us immediately.
  2. Take in account that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your bank o credit card company. However, we will initiate an internal corroboration process.


  1. If for any reason you cannot take a previous reservation ticket on the schedule date stablished, we can reschedule your reservation with a previous notice of 48 hours by any of the means to contact us. If there was not possible to reschedule your trip, please ask for a refund on the next 3 business days after your schedule reservation.



  1. If the reservation was  a gift to you, you can:
    • Ask for a refund according to the “Refund Process” policy
    • Ask to reschedule according to the “Exchanges” policy.
